No. There is nothing to install and no code to write. If you can use WhatsApp, you can run a Shopcust shop. Everything is changed by clicking and typing.

The shop itself is ready immediately. Realistically, most people spend an evening swapping in their own products and photos, then connect a payment account. Taking money needs a Razorpay or Stripe account, which usually takes a day or two to be approved — that wait is with them, not us.

Open Products, click Add product, then fill in the name, price and photos. It appears on your shop straight away.

Add them as options on the product. Each size or colour keeps its own stock count, its own price and its own photos, and your shop builds the chooser for the customer automatically. For example a t-shirt in small, medium and large, in blue and green, gives you six combinations — and a small blue t-shirt is one of them.

Yes. Export your products from Shopify as a file and bring it in when you set up. Your products, their sizes and colours, prices and photos all come with you. If you would rather we did it for you, ask on the Contact page.

No. Every plan includes unlimited products and unlimited photos.

Two ways. Online, through Razorpay or Stripe — you connect your own account and the money goes straight to you. Or cash on delivery, if that suits your customers better. You can offer both.

No. You pay the monthly fee and nothing else to us, no matter how much you sell. Your payment company charges their own processing fee, which goes to them.

Directly from your payment company, on their schedule — usually two to three working days after the order. The money never passes through Shopcust.

Yes. Both are set once in your settings, and your shop, basket and invoices all follow those rules.
