What we collect about you

• Your account: name, email address, phone number, and the name of your business.
• Your shop: the products, photos, prices and words you put into it.
• Payment details for your subscription: handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic usage information: which pages of the admin you used and when, so we can find faults and make the slow parts faster.

What your shop collects about your customers

When someone buys from you, your shop stores their name, delivery address, phone number, email and what they ordered. That information is yours. We store it on your behalf so your shop works — we do not use it for our own purposes, we do not market to your customers, and we do not share it with other shops.

Who else sees it

Only the companies that make your shop work, and only the part each one needs:

• Razorpay or Stripe — whichever you connect — to take payments. They handle card details; we never see them.
• Our hosting provider, where the servers physically live.
• Email and WhatsApp providers, to deliver order confirmations and updates.

We do not sell your information to anybody, and we never will. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Keeping it separate

Every shop on Shopcust runs in its own private space. Another shop owner cannot see your products, your orders or your customers — the system enforces that separation, not just our good intentions.

How long we keep it

While your shop is open, we keep everything so your shop works. If you close your account, we keep your information for 60 days in case you come back or need a copy, then delete it. We will email you before anything is deleted.

What you can ask us to do

• Get a copy of everything we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your account and the information in it.
• Take it with you if you move to another platform.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences like light or dark mode. Your shop uses one to remember what a customer has put in their basket. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

Children

Shopcust is for running a business, so it is not intended for anyone under 18.
